Jesse Keyser, a Southern Illinois University at Carbondale graduate, began his journey in a tech start-up before co-founding five Little Caesars Pizza locations (all sold). From 2008-2011, he was a Valpak franchisee. In 2010, Jesse and his brother ventured into Sport Clips Haircuts, now owning 27 across five states with more planned. In 2014, they acquired Oxi Fresh Carpet Cleaning in St. Louis, operating six territories. They're expanding Ideal Image MedSpa locations nationwide. Jesse's been on advisory councils for Little Caesars, Oxi Fresh, and Sport Clips. He's earned titles like Sport Clips Owner of the Year and Oxi Fresh Carpet Cleaning Owner of the Year. Jesse is the Chairman of the 2024 Multi-Unit Franchising Conference.
Gary Robins

Gary Robins is an accomplished entrepreneur owning and operating 65 Supercuts across Pennsylvania, New Jersey, Maryland, and Delaware. He ventured into Ideal Image MedSpa through a recent partnership. Gary's expertise spans various industries, including retail entertainment, food service, and travel. He holds prominent positions, serving as President of the Board for the Supercuts Franchisee Association and being on the boards of the Coalition of Franchisee Associations and the International Franchise Association. Past president of the Philadelphia Chapter of the World Entrepreneurs Organization, Gary was the Chairman of the 2023 Multi-Unit Franchising Conference, the country's largest gathering for Multi-Unit Franchisees. Graduated from Drexel University in 1985, Gary is happily married to Chris, and they have three children: Lauren (28), Evan (23), and Will (18). They reside in Kennett Square, Pennsylvania.

Therese Thilgen is the co-founder and CEO of Franchise Update Media (FUM). FUM boasts an array of integrated platforms, including magazines, websites, conferences, newsletters, and tailored marketing solutions. Notably, Therese received the 2015 International Franchise Association's Bonny LeVine Award for her exemplary contributions to women in franchising and beyond, providing them with mentors and networking opportunities to nurture their leadership skills. She actively serves on the board of Upward, a female business networking and mentoring organization, and publishes an annual "Women in Franchising" issue in Franchise Update Magazine to empower women in the franchising arena. Together with her husband Gary Gardner, she founded FUM in 1988, growing it into a prominent multimedia company it is today. The company's commitment to women's leadership is evident, with women representing 50 percent of its team members and occupying positions on all FUM advisory boards. Therese's journey includes franchise ownership, launching a health care job journal, and seven years as a vice president of a franchise brand before launching Franchise Update Media. With a BS from Santa Clara University, she remains actively involved in numerous nonprofit advisory boards.
